🛒 What You’ll Need (Serves 2–3):

  • 2 cups cooked rice (day-old works best)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sunflower)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • Any leftover vegetables (carrots, peas, sweetcorn, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 egg (optional, for protein)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or seasoning cubes + salt to taste
